Job description

We seek LPN candidates who are flexible, caring, and supportive team members who work well with others. Our clinical team specializes in cardiac and orthopedic rehab. We constantly show our appreciation to our team players and help them further develop clinical expertise and grow as healthcare professionals. Working under the supervision of RNs and other licensed medical professionals you will be a source of great emotional and physical support for residents while assisting them in their activities of daily living.


Licensed Practical Nurse Description:
  1. Performs nursing functions within the scope of LPN licensure
  2. Strong LPN skills required
  3. Works closely with all members of the nursing team and must have the ability to adapt to changing day-to-day environment/clinical settings
  4. Administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies
  5. Maintaining confidentiality and rights of residents, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulations
  6. Interacting cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff
LPN POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing
  2. Current license as a Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of New York

$37.00 - $40.00 per hour
