Licensed Designer - Kidswear

We’re on the lookout for a super-creative and license-loving Kidswear Designer to join our fast-paced, trend-led team! If you live for licensed characters (from cartoons to comics), and can turn trend inspo into high street gold this role could be perfect!

What you’ll be doing:

1. Designing cool, commercial shapes and graphics for kidswear (baby to teen)
2. Working with top licenses – think sports icons, beloved characters, and current trends
3. Creating artwork that’s fun, fresh, and totally retail-ready
4. Presenting concepts with moodboards, CADs, and range overviews
5. Collaborating with buyers, licensors, and our in-house team to make magic happen

We’d love you to have:

1. Strong kidswear design experience (licensed product knowledge is a big plus)
2. Confident Adobe Suite skills (especially Illustrator & Photoshop)
3. A good eye for trend, print placement, and commercial styling
4. Great communication and a can-do attitude
5. UK-based – this role is fully remote, but you'll need to be available for virtual team catch-ups and the occasional in-person meeting
