Licensed Content Manager, International (French speaking)

Location: London - hybrid (1 day/week in office)

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per year, plus excellent benefits

We're excited to be partnering with a high growth, innovative, mission-led audio publisher who are now looking for a talented Licensed Content Manager to look after the growth of content and partners in France. The role offers an excellent salary and benefits, and hybrid working (1 day/week in London).

Working amongst a close-knit and supportive team, you will be responsible for developing relationships, negotiating deals, and liaising with leading publishers, licensors, and content creators, leveraging your French language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and develop relationships with publishers, licensors, and creators
2. Negotiate new and repeat deals and oversee contracts
3. Collaborate with marketing teams to maximise content discoverability in France
4. Onboard new partners and support international expansion initiatives
5. Analyse industry trends and attend international events

About You:

1. Solid experience in international or subsidiary rights
2. Passionate about children's publishing and innovative technologies
3. Proven negotiation and relationship management skills
4. Thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments
5. Fluent in French, and ideally also Spanish, with additional languages as an advantage
