Our client, a global organisation, urgently require a Licensed Aircraft Engineer to undertake a long term contract.
The role:
Working with other members of the Maintenance team, ensuring that all health and safety requirements and company equal opportunity/harassment policies are complied with
Control and Rectification of any Carry Forward defects or Deferred Defects in accordance with the MEL
To ensure that planning sufficient serviceable equipment, airworthiness data, tools and materials are available to complete maintenance tasks
Complete Line maintenance tasks as planned and general ground handling of rotary aircraft
Skills/Qualifications:
Ability to repair/maintain aircraft airframe and engine systems. Line/Base Maintenance experience
Raising tasks and issuing all approved materials for the work via the Maintenance Interface System.
A good working knowledge of the regulations, requirements and standards associated with aircraft maintenance
The control and appropriate use of tooling, ground support equipment to complete tasks.
Understanding of SMS and flight safety and Rotary experience
Must hold a valid CAA part 66 B1.3 AML (preferred with EC- 135 and or H-145 type ratings)
