Security Clearance: The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.

Job Spec: As a Licenced Aircraft Engineer, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will help to drive the delivery of the flying activities alongside your Client and Military colleagues by taking a ‘Whole Force’ approach to our activities and ensuring that the Client’s excellent safety and delivery reputation is always maintained.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating all CAA part 145 paperwork.
2. H&S of all equipment and reporting of any faults and diagnostic problems.
3. Providing a CRS signature when appropriate to release an aircraft to service after either defect rectification or scheduled maintenance.

Essential Experience:

1. Aircraft inspections, repair and maintenance.
2. Sound understanding of partnering and alliance between customer and contract.
3. Line support tasks.
4. Type Rating on Grob 115E aircraft and Lycoming 360 engines.
5. Have previously worked in a pt.145 environment.
6. Experience in the aircraft maintenance industry.

Qualifications:

1. Recognised SHEQ Qualification.
2. Working knowledge of safety management systems (SMS).
3. EASA/CAA Part 66, B1.2 license.
4. Clean driving licence.
