Job Description:

Are you an experienced LGV Class 2 (Category C) driver looking for a new challenge? We’ve got the perfect opportunity for you. We are a family-owned business with a 40-year history in the industry. We pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly, supportive working atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Safely operate LGV Class 2 vehicles to transport and deliver skip bins to various locations.
2. Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards are met.
3. Adhere to all driving laws and regulations.
4. Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and customer interactions.
5. Assist with loading and unloading of skip bins when necessary.
6. Provide excellent customer service, representing our family business with professionalism and courtesy.

Required Attributes:

1. Valid LGV Class 2 Category C driving license.
2. Proven experience as a skip driver or similar role.
3. Knowledge of driving laws and regulations, with an adequate driving record.
4. Good communication and customer service skills.
5. A team player who can also work independently.

Education and Experience:

1. Valid CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
2. Digital tachograph card.
3. Minimum of 1 year experience driving LGV Class 2 vehicles.

Hourly Pay - Standard 7am to 4.30pm Mon – Fri: 15.25 per hour

Hourly Pay – Overtime before 7am or after 4.30pm: 22.90 per hour

Hourly Pay Saturday: 22.90 per hour

Incentive Payment Per Day (Mon-Sat) - Paid Monthly
