Executive Leader Community Assets & Design

The Executive Leader Community Assets & Design will manage the city’s community assets and oversee public infrastructure design. This role is responsible for leading a large team that focuses on delivering sustainable design and asset management strategies.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the city’s assets meet the community’s needs now as well as into the future.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team focused on community assets and infrastructure design.
2. Develop and implement sustainable asset management strategies.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with community needs.
4. Oversee complex projects to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in asset management and infrastructure design, ideally in a local government setting.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
3. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes.
