Leveraged & Funds Finance Associate (3 – 7 PQE)

We are working with a US Law firm on a position within their highly regarded Finance position. The position is to work on a broad mixture of Leveraged & Funds Finance matters. The position is for a 3 – 7 year PQE Associate.

The team undertakes acquisition and leveraged finance transactions, capital call facilities, and other alternative capital transactions for investment funds. The team acts for borrowers, sponsors, funds, and financial institutions.

The team consists of over 20 lawyers.

Salary - £210k-£325k depending on level and experience, as well as a competitive bonus.
