Level 6 Speech and Language Therapist
Location: South London
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)
Contract: Initially fixed-term, with potential for a permanent role
Setting: All-through school (Primary & Secondary)
Pupils: All students have EHCPs; majority receive 1:1 TA support

Are you a passionate and experienced Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) looking to make a real difference in an inclusive, well-supported school setting? We are seeking a Level 6 Speech and Language Therapist to join our dedicated team, supporting students with EHCPs across an all-through school in South London.

The Role

• Deliver targeted 1:1 and small group therapy for children and young people with diverse speech, language, and communication needs.
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to integrate therapy strategies into the classroom.
• Provide training and guidance to Teaching Assistants (TAs) to support speech and language development.
• Contribute to EHCP reviews, assessments, and progress tracking.
• Play a key role in developing and implementing communication strategies across the school.

Who We’re Looking For

Level 6 qualification in Speech and Language Therapy
HCPC & RCSLT registered

Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
