About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Qualified Early Years Room Leader to join our team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to lead a room, ensuring a high standard of care and education for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and inspire a team of practitioners, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
2. Plan and deliver engaging activities following the EYFS framework.
3. Support children’s learning and development through play-based and structured activities.
4. Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive setting.
5. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
6. Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are adhered to.
7. Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.

Requirements:

1. Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a Room Leader or senior practitioner role.
3. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Passionate about delivering high-quality early years education.
6. Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
