Job description

A Nursery in Dulwich is looking for a Level 3 practitioner to join the team in the Toddler Room.

The Manager is looking for someone who is warm, caring, kind, and passionate about childcare.

This is a full-time permanent position, and you will be required to work 40 hours per week either 4 or 5 days a week. Therefore, please only apply if you can commit to the following:

1. Monday to Friday 7.15am-4.15pm & 9.15am-6.15pm shifts
2. 4 days a week working 7.15am-6.15pm

If you meet the following requirements, then please apply today:

1. Minimum Level 3 Qualified in Childcare
2. Minimum 1 year experience working in Early Years
3. Experience working with Early Years
4. Up to date DBS (If not, must be willing to complete one)
5. Understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding & EYFS
6. Excellent communication skills both written & spoken

You will be required to carry out the following duties:

1. Working in a team and alongside Room Leader
2. Follow Nursery's policies and procedures
3. Sharing innovative new ideas
4. Ensuring the children's needs are met as well as keeping them safe at all times
5. Carry out observations and planning on key children
6. Communicate with children, staff, and parents on a daily basis

Salary: £26,000-£28,000
