Pay Rate: Paid to Scale

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

The Job
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join this vibrant team. In this role, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that fosters children's curiosity and creativity.
  • Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through structured play and learning experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high standard of care and education.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support children's development at home and in the setting.

Could This Be Right For You? Are You…..

Qualified: Hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Experienced: Ideally, have 2+ years of experience working in an early years setting, though we are open to newly qualified practitioners with a strong passion for early childhood education.
Skilled: Demonstrate excellent communication, teamwork, and child development knowledge.
Personable: Resilient, adaptable, and a team player who can build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with SEN children.
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification.
  • A passion for outdoor learning and creative play.
