We are looking for Level 2 qualified Swimming Teachers to prepare and deliver swimming lessons to children and adults in our successful and growing swim school program, following Swim England's framework, delivering safe, consistent swimming lessons that give people real confidence in the water – and an invaluable life skill.
As an experienced swimming teacher, you’ll thrive on supporting people to achieve their potential whilst supporting individual pupil's needs. At Lampton, we offer swimming lessons in group or one-to-one, and from babies to adults. Our lessons are run during the week from 4pm to 7pm and weekends from 9am to 2pm.
At Lampton Leisure, we offer ongoing training and development opportunities, and can provide support with further training, such as specialisms in teaching - Competitive Swim, Baby and Toddler or Rookie Lifeguards or even a NPLQ or PPO qualifications if you wish. A career as a Swimming Teacher at Lampton is also a great first step to many different routes including Swim Manager, Duty Manager or Assistant General Manager.
