Responsibilities for the Level 2 NDT Technician
Overseeing daily operations in the NDT Inspection area, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Set up NDT equipment and conduct in-service control checks.
Carry out NDT inspections on newly manufactured and in-service components across a variety of products.
Strictly follow all relevant regulatory policies.
Interpret and evaluate inspection results against established customer specifications, procedures, and codes.
Develop and document inspection techniques that meet customer requirements and adhere to relevant codes.
Train and mentor Level 1 trainees under the supervision of Level 3 technicians.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required
EN4179 Certification.
Understanding of EASA, CAA, and FAA requirements would be desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
