Our Incident Support Unit (ISU) Operatives play an integral role in keeping the M25 Motorway network running efficiently and safely. This role is based out of our Leatherhead, Kent depot and involves undertaking a wide range of incident response, hazard clearance, network maintenance and other tasks as required.
Our Incident Support Unit (ISU) Operatives work on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern basis and we offer plenty of opportunities for training and development. If you are interested in a varied role working on one of the busiest sections of motorway in Europe, then we would be delighted to hear from you.
Working arrangements
Our ISU operatives work on a 4-on 4-off shift pattern basis, which includes weekends, nights and bank holidays. The role involves a reasonable level of travel around the M25 network and between depots. You will also be required to travel to meetings, training and works sites outside normal operational area as well as participate in out of hours working to fulfil Winter Maintenance.
CPS is a Joint Venture project with Balfour Beatty, Atkins, and Egis. We operate and maintain the M25. The M25 is the busiest section of motorway in Europe and requires careful and efficient planning of work in order to deliver over 100m of annual investment in the highway infrastructure each year, in addition to planned and reactive maintenance activity.
