About the Role

This Lettings Negotiator role is perfect for a driven and ambitious sales professional looking to build a successful career in property. You will be responsible for conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth tenancy agreements while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Arranging and conducting property viewings
2. Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
3. Securing new tenancies and ensuring a smooth onboarding process
4. Providing market advice to clients and prospective tenants
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
6. Ensuring compliance with lettings regulations and company policies
7. Achieving individual and team targets in a fast-paced environment

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Proven experience in sales, lettings, or customer service
2. Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
3. Strong negotiation and communication skills
4. Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
6. Local market knowledge is preferred but not essential
7. Full UK driving licence is beneficial

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM | Rotational Saturdays
