Salary: Competitive, starting from £1,000/month up to £4,000/month based on the deals made.

Role Brief:

1. Engage with potential tenants to understand their needs and preferences.
2. Showcase properties and provide detailed information to clients.
3. Negotiate rental terms and close deals efficiently.
4. Maintain and build strong relationships with clients and tenants.

Good command of English is essential; previous experience in sales or lettings is advantageous but not necessary.

2. Ability to connect with people quickly and build lasting relationships.
3. Strong sales skills with a client-oriented mindset.
4. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
