They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about business development, sales, and building meaningful relationships with tenants relocating to London and/or looking for all-inclusive stays.
This role is ideal for a hungry individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to contribute to the company's growth by driving sales and fostering strong relationships with tenants.
Basic salary £25-£30K dependent on experience, with up to £35-40K OTE. Potential opportunity to access the company Stock Options program. A dynamic and supportive work environment where you can grow your career. Flexibility for hybrid work, allowing for a balance between work and personal life once probation period is completed. A competitive salary with performance-based incentives with annual performance reviews. Salary: £25,000/£30,000 depending on experience OTE £40,000 pa Monday - Friday
