Lettings Negotiator – Duties

1. To work with the lettings team to achieve targets, dealing with legal documentation ensuring that all tenancies are compliant
2. Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.
3. Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
4. Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback
5. Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
6. Process move ins, working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move in.
7. Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants are settled in.
8. Maintain regular communications with both landlord and tenant through the process, ensuring a quality working relationship is fostered and maintained.

Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed

1. Experience within a similar Lettings Negotiator role is advantageous
2. Great Customer Service experience.
3. A natural way with people
4. Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
5. You must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle
