Lettings Coordinator

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on Experience)

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 6:30pm, Friday 9am - 6pm

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Co-ordinator preferably experienced using Reapit, CFP & Goodlord CRM to join their successful office. They are looking for a team player with a passion for the Property industry. Ideal candidates will be on the ball and have around 12 months plus experience.

Requirements:

1. Self-driven with a can-do attitude
2. Ability to work in a team
3. Interest in property
4. Excellent communication skills - Verbal and Written
5. Well organised
6. Experience with Reapit, CFP and Goodlord an advantage
