An extremely rare opportunity for an experienced Lettings professional to join a leading independent Lettings Agent as an Area Lettings Manager.

My clients boast 3 offices spread across the North of England with their head office being in Salford Quays. They are keen to secure a diligent, experienced Area Lettings Manager or a top Lettings Manager looking for a step up to join their award winning team.

Lettings Area Manager– Duties

  • Overseeing the companies 3 offices, ensuring maximum performance.
  • Operationally overseeing every aspect of the lettings process, including property management and front end lettings ensuring KPI’s are met and opportunities are maximised.
  • Manage day to day people issues such as absences, performance, conduct and development with the overall goal being to ensure that your team delivers impeccable service to clients, achieve set KPIs.
  • Identify procedures that need adjustment and work with key stakeholders to action these changes and embed them into the business.
  • Ensure all landlords across the group are receiving their expected standards of service.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Conduct regular visits to all branches ensuring branch managers are supported.
  • Role model and consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Lettings Area Manager– Experience Needed

  • Previous experience as a Lettings Area Manager is advantageous.
  • Ideally you will be ARLA qualified.
  • You will be a proven manager of people able to demonstrate success in this area.
  • You will be an engaging communicator able to develop strong relationships with clients, managers and team members.
  • Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
  • You will be a strategic thinker able to see the wider vision and implement the necessary to achieve these.
