Job description

Trading Valuation Surveyor (Leisure mainly, some healthcare) - London / Greater London - Home working. Basic salary between £67,000 - £105,500 plus £3,500 car allowance bonus; 33% over agreed net fee income target.

Key Responsibilities initially (non-management):

  1. Conduct accurate trading valuations for loan security purposes.
  2. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to clients.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including bank managers, property owners, and internal team members.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  5. Engage in networking and relationship-building activities, including social events with clients.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
  2. MRICS/FRICS qualification and registered valuer status.
  3. Proven track record of handling high-volume and high-value property valuations.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and tasks effectively.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Willingness to engage in social activities and networking events.
