Legionella Risk Assessor

Up to £36,000 + Company Car + Benefits

Full-time | Permanent | Progression Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Risk Assessor/Engineer to join a leading FM & Compliance provider, working across a portfolio of prestigious multi-site contracts in the Midlands, including Birmingham, Redditch, Coventry, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out site surveys and compile detailed Legionella Risk Assessments in line with ACoP L8, HSG 274, HTM:04-01, Water Regulations, and BS 8580

  • Deliver thorough written reports with clear remedial recommendations and control schemes

  • Offer technical advice and consultancy to clients

  • Support with water hygiene monitoring and maintenance tasks

  • Work independently across sites using electronic tablet software for inspections

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • City & Guilds / BOHS P901 or equivalent Legionella training

  • Solid knowledge of current water hygiene legislation and compliance standards

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
