Legal Team Administrator

Washwood Heath, Birmingham - c£23,000 per annum

We are working with a well-established law firm, who are looking to attract a Legal Team Administrator to support two Conveyancing Legal Assistants, at their lovely office in Washwood Heath, Birmingham.

The role will involve:

1. Supporting two conveyancing legal assistants with administration duties
2. Scanning of correspondence and filing onto a legal case management system.
3. Typing of legal documents and correspondence
4. Opening, updating and closing files
5. Preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
6. Making appointments, arranging meetings and maintaining an up-to-date diary for fee earners.
7. Liaising with and updating clients by email, telephone and occasionally face to face

Suitable candidates will have:

1. Previous experience as a Legal Administrator with a law firm
2. Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload.
3. The ability to work well as part of a team
4. Excellent IT skills with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
5. Excellent administration skills
6. Previous conveyancing experience is an advantage but not essential

This is a full-time permanent job which is fully office based.
