A rapidly expanding firm is looking to recruit an experienced Secretary to join its Chester based team.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with previous experience within the legal industry, or in a professional secretarial sector.

Key Experience
  1. Excellent keyboard / typing skills, Audio skills are desirable not essential.
  2. Professional telephone manner and a good communicator at all levels.
  3. Good organisation, planning and prioritising skills.
  4. Ability to work in a busy environment.
  5. Previous experience in a similar role.

Key Duties
  1. General secretarial, administration and reception support to the department.
  2. Attending meetings, on occasion taking notes / minutes.
  3. Typing letters, reports and general correspondence.
  4. Answering incoming calls and dealing with questions and enquiries.
