Position: Legal Secretary - Corporate Department - hybrid working!!

Location: based in a prime London location

Job Type: Permanent

About the Firm: Our client, a renowned US law firm, is seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join their corporate department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting a team that includes a Senior Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Time Entry: Accurately record and manage billable hours.
  2. Expense Reimbursement: Handle expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement.
  3. Calendaring and Scheduling: Maintain and coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage appointments.
  4. Document Management: Edit, format, and manage legal documents.
  5. Travel Arrangements: Organise travel plans and itineraries.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Legal Secretary in a global law firm.
  2. Proven experience supporting Senior Partners.
  3. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  4. Punctual and reliable.
