Are you an experienced Secretary looking for your next challenge at a notable firm in London? Do you have previous dispute resolution/litigation experience? If so, please keep reading as this might be the role for you!

We are recruiting for a Legal Secretary to work on a permanent, full-time basis at one of our brilliant City law firms we are partnered with. The role will be working in the Disputes Resolution/Litigation team and you must have previous experience in this practice area.

You will be working Monday to Friday 9:30-17:30 and they offer great hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. They are based near Holborn and are paying a competitive salary plus benefits!

Duties include:

  • Open new clients and matters.
  • Invoicing, disbursements and billing.
  • Audio typing and drafting correspondence.
  • House styling of documents.
  • Inbox, diary and travel management.
  • General secretarial tasks and administration.

Skills required:

  • Previous experience in a law firm and strong litigation experience.
  • Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time keeping skills.
  • Ability to provide exceptional client care.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Typing speed of 65WPM.
  • Strong document skills.
