The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and forward-thinking Legal Secretary to join the Employment Department of a leading company. This part-time, permanent position will provide high-level administrative support to a small group of busy fee earners. Your role will include managing diaries, coordinating meetings and transport, assisting with client training material, and ensuring the smooth operation of the department. You will also play a key role in business development activities, document formatting, and maintaining client databases. In this part-time role, you will have the option to do 3 or 4 full days or 5 shorter days if that is preferred.
