Our client is currently looking for a great Legal Secretary to join the Family Law team within the firm. They are looking for a strong Legal Secretary who can hit the ground running. This is the opportunity to work for an award-winning law firm and be part of a busy and exciting team in their beautiful modern offices. You will be supporting 7 fee earners within the team.

The role is based in Farnborough and is fully office-based. The salary is £24,000-£30,000 depending on experience. In addition to your salary, the company offers a fantastic discretionary bonus of up to £1k.

Working hours are 9:00-5:30pm Monday - Friday based in the Farnborough office.

What will I be doing as a Legal Secretary?

1. Providing general secretarial support including diary management, digital dictation, file management etc.
2. Preparing court forms including Form E, petitions, general applications etc.
3. Producing court bundles and preparing briefs to counsel.
4. Dealing with client enquiries both in person and by phone.

Skills required for the Legal Secretary role:

1. Excellent administrative skills.
2. Highly organised.
3. IT literate.
4. Good compliance knowledge.
5. Excellent client service skills.
6. Strong communication skills.
7. Previous experience of Family law desirable - legal secretarial experience of other areas of law will be considered.
