Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join a leading Law firm based in Basingstoke working within their litigation & notary public department. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Legal Secretary Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients to book appointments & confirm documentation needed
Diary & travel management for numerous members of the team
Prepare invoices, financial statements and assist with taking payment
Assisting the team with any administration duties
Legal Secretary Requirements:
Previous legal experience
Previous experience working in a dispute resolution (litigation)
Proven PA experience
Highly organised & detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ambitious, enthusiastic and a team player
Legal Secretary Package:
Salary of £23,000 upwards
Monday to Friday
