What You’ll Be Doing?

As a Legal Recruitment Consultant, you’ll essentially be running your own business within our supportive, high-performance team. With previous experience in the legal industry this should allow you to hit the ground running with building relationships and understanding client and candidate motivations.

Your day-to-day will be busy and varied, but always rewarding! You’ll have the opportunity to:

  1. Build and maintain long-standing relationships with some of the UK’s biggest law firms, offering consultancy, advising on current market conditions, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  2. Engage with legal professionals every day, helping them advance their careers and achieve their goals.
  3. Attract and find top-tier talent using our extensive database, LinkedIn Recruiter, job ads, and networking strategies.
