An ever growing US Law Firm in the city are seeking 3 brand new Legal PA's to support Partners respectively and their small team.

1x Legal PA - Competition

1x Legal PA - Real Estate and Real Estate Finance

1x Legal PA - Corporate

Location: City of London

The roles duties include:

• Diary management and international travel planning experience, as this role involves extensive travel and diary management
• Arranging meetings/travel
• Inbox management
• Billing and understanding of matter finance processes experience essential (3E desirable).
• Time entries
