The Firm
Our client, a leading London law firm, is seeking a Legal PA to join the Central London office.

The Opportunity

The successful Legal PA will provide secretarial and administrative support to Partners in their busy Real Estate team. Duties to include:

1. Preparing and typing letters, deeds and documents
2. Opening files and issuing initial letters and forms to clients
3. Liaising with solicitors, financial advisors, and estate agents
4. Obtaining property and bankruptcy searches
5. Assisting with client billing
6. Drafting completion statements, preparing slips for accounts, and handling calls on the day of completion
7. Preparing and submitting SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
8. Assisting with Land Registry requisitions
9. Closing files and preparing deeds for storage
10. Managing deeds requests

This Legal PA opportunity is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm.

The Requirements

1. At least 4 years' experience working as a Legal Secretary or Legal PA within a law firm
2. Must have experience supporting a busy Real Estate team within a law firm
