Are you an Office Assistant with at least 6 months experience of working in a law firm?

My London law firm Client is seeking an Office Assistant to oversee the daily operations of the office.

You will manage administrative tasks, support legal professionals, and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.

Duties will include:

  1. Implementing and improving office procedures
  2. Managing workflow allocation
  3. Assisting with diary management and travel bookings
  4. Arranging social events
  5. Assisting with recruitment and training of new staff
  6. Coordinating HR-related administrative tasks
  7. Assisting in managing CPD records for solicitors
  8. Booking training courses

This is a varied role in a lovely, friendly multi-disciplined London Law firm.
