Legal Executive

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive with 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing to join a well-established legal firm, offering excellent benefits.

As a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive, you will be handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold/leasehold sales, Shared Ownership, and remortgages.

You will be responsible for:

1. Drafting and approving legal documentation.
2. Maintaining accurate records within the firm's case management system.
3. Overseeing post-completion formalities and conducting legal research as required.
4. Providing clear, concise legal advice to clients and regularly attending client meetings.

What we are looking for:

1. Previously worked as a Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
2. At least 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
3. Understanding of the conveyancing process.
4. Track record of achieving targets in a legal setting.

Shift:

Monday - Friday: 8:45am - 5:15pm
