Job description

Your new company & role
A leading telecommunications business is considering hiring a Lawyer to join their fast-paced and leading legal team. The role will focus on dispute resolution and providing comprehensive legal advice on real estate matters. You will primarily support with commercial landlord and tenant law in relation to telecommunication mast sites as well as across the wider property portfolio.

What you'll be doing & what you need to succeed

  • Assist with the deployment and ongoing management of leasehold mast estates, such as access issues, lease renewals, upgrades, modifications, and securing rights under the new ECC.
  • Support with a multitude of site acquisition, upgrade, renewal, estate matters, and forced site move matters. Manage a range of litigation matters relating to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and ECC.
  • Communication to key stakeholders including the Senior Legal Counsel, Head of Legal, and Legal Directors in a proactive, concise and clear manner.
  • Deliver commercially minded, pragmatic and timely legal advice across a wide range of real estate matters.
  • Qualified as a lawyer in England & Wales, 2 PQE + as a guideline.
