Job Description:

A leading telecommunications business is hiring a Lawyer to join their fast-paced and leading legal team. The role will focus on dispute resolution and providing comprehensive legal advice on real estate matters. You will primarily support with commercial landlord and tenant law in relation to telecommunication mast sites as well as across the wider property portfolio. Your team specifically covers both fixed and mobile networks; however, the focus will primarily be on the mobile side.

• Assist with the deployment and ongoing management of leasehold mast estates, such as access issues, lease renewals, upgrades, modifications, and securing rights.
• Support with a multitude of site acquisition, upgrade, renewal, estate matters, and forced site move matters.
• Experience managing a range of litigation matters relating to the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 and ECC.
• Communicate with key stakeholders, including the Senior Legal Counsel, Head of Legal, and Legal Directors in a proactive, concise, and clear manner.
• Deliver commercially minded, pragmatic, and timely legal advice across a wide range of real estate matters.
• Previous telecommunications experience will be considered an asset but not required.
• All PQE levels will be considered.
