Qualifications

  • NQ lawyer or more experienced legal counsel with a focus on Regulatory and ESG matters.

  • Support on sustainability initiatives and report to the Head of Legal.

Unique opportunity with a Global Investment Management firm 12 months Contract (PAYE)

Legal Counsel ESG & Sustainability

This role would suit an NQ lawyer or more experienced legal counsel seeking to gain exposure across a wide range of Regulatory and ESG matters as well as supporting on a number of sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • The scope of the role is very broad covering UK and EU Regulatory matters.
  • Reporting to the Head of the Legal area and working closely on both Regulatory and other matters.
Candidate Profile

Qualified Lawyer

  • NQ or more experienced profile.
  • Experience within Financial Services, banking or investment management.
  • Regulatory experience a plus or with a general financial services or funds background.
  • Inquiring mindset and hands-on approach.
  • Flexible working, 3 days/week in the office.
  • Immediate start.
