Working with a telecommunications company who are looking for a Legal Counsel, 4-8 years PQE to join their London or Solihull team. This is a permanent role ideal for someone with strong general commercial experience and will be paying between £65,000-£70,000.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide practical and business-focused legal advice across the firm.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements with partners, customers, and suppliers.
- Manage contract-related projects, ensuring necessary internal approvals are obtained efficiently.
- Advise on the interpretation of commercial contracts and conduct legal research as needed.
Key Requirements:
