Legal Counsel

The Role:

1. Draft and negotiate a range of commercial contracts.
2. Provide commercial advice to senior stakeholders.
3. Manage external counsel.
4. Support and supervise junior lawyers as the team grows.

This role offers significant scope for progression, with the chance to take on managerial responsibility in the short-medium term.

About You:

1. As a guide, this role would suit a commercial lawyer with 5+ years PQE.
2. Experience negotiating and reviewing a broad range of contracts.
3. Ideally, you will be either English or German qualified.
4. Must be fluent in English and German.
