This organisation has its HQ in central London. You will be able to undertake elements of remote/flexible working in this role.

You

You will be a qualified UK Solicitor or US Attorney with approximately 0-5 PQE who trained and qualified at a leading law firm. You will have prior experience in respect of Corporate/M&A matters. No previous in-house experience is necessary for this position.
