Legal Counsel ( 1-3 years PQE)

£55,000 - 70,000 (Salary is dependant on experience)

Sellick Partnership is pleased to be supporting a leading hotel chain in their recruitment of a Legal Counsel.

The Legal Counsel will be working closely with the General Counsel on a range of commercial matters. Over time, the Legal Counsel would also be able to develop their experience in corporate and IT/ Data Privacy work, making this a perfect role for a candidate looking to broaden legal skills.

The Legal Counsel will be based out of the London office and will ideally be able to attend the office three days a week.

The Legal Counsel will be a qualified lawyer who has ideally completed their Training Contract within Private Practice. Previous hospitality experience is not relevant to be successful for this role.

As a Legal Counsel, your role will include, but is not limited to;

  • Draft, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts & documentation
  • Support the General Counsel in legal matters across the business
  • Work closely with external solicitors
  • Assist colleagues across the business with legal queries

This is a brilliant opportunity for a junior Solicitor who is looking to make the move in-house and work closely with the General Counsel of a growing business in the hospitality sector.
