What You'll Do

• Shape the Future: Establish and maintain a robust legal and governance framework.
• Strategic Advice: Offer expert legal advice on a wide range of areas, from commercial contracts to regulatory relations.
• Build Relationships: Develop strong connections with internal and external stakeholders, including the NDA Group Legal Community.
• Drive for Better: Continuously seek advantageous outcomes in commercial negotiations and be an integral business partner.

What We Need

• Qualifications: Fully qualified lawyer eligible to practice in England/Wales with post-graduate professional UK legal qualifications.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience, with significant expertise in commercial law, and high-pressure negotiations. Experience in public procurement law or public law desirable but not essential.
• Skills: Drive, high integrity, excellent communication, eye for detail with high work standards and output. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
