An established industry player is seeking a Commercial Legal Counsel to provide essential legal guidance in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. This role is pivotal in supporting product launches and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Working with Cycle’s US and UK-based Legal team, the Commercial Legal Counsel will provide legal guidance, advice, and support to the US management team and broader operational functions. This role will focus on commercial and contract matters within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
The Commercial Legal Counsel will report to the General Counsel and work closely with the US management team, including the Chief Commercial Officer, Associate General Counsel, and Director of Compliance & Medical Affairs.
As a critical partner in Cycle’s US expansion, this role offers the successful candidate an opportunity to be deeply involved in the company’s growth and legal strategy.
The role operates on a hybrid basis, 3x a week in our Cambridge office.
