This is what you'll be doing

As a Legal Claims Handler, your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

1. Reviewing insurance policy terms and investigating potential issues.
2. Assisting insured professionals in responding to complaints and claims.
3. Negotiating settlements within delegated authority.
4. Managing caseload to avoid unnecessary litigation and ensure effective resolution.

The experience you'll bring to the team

You will bring the following experience to the Claims Handling team:

1. Previous experience in claims with technical knowledge and expertise.
2. Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
3. Good decision-making skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ideally experience with a case management system.
