Programme Overview:

PwC’s Legal Black Talent in Business Insight Programme is designed to provide Black heritage students with the opportunity to explore careers in PwC’s Legal services. This programme offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in key areas of law, including Commercial Law, Corporate Law, and Employment Law, while working alongside PwC’s expert legal teams.

Participants will develop a strong understanding of how PwC’s legal professionals provide integrated legal services to clients, offering advice on regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. The programme also focuses on how PwC is reshaping the legal landscape by integrating digital tools, data analytics, and technology into the legal profession.

What You’ll Do:

During this programme, you will work with PwC’s Legal teams and gain exposure to a variety of legal services, including:

  • Commercial and Corporate Law: Understand how PwC advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, corporate restructuring, and commercial contracts.
  • Regulatory and Compliance: Learn how PwC supports clients in navigating complex regulatory frameworks, ensuring compliance with national and international laws.
  • Employment Law: Gain insights into how PwC advises businesses on employment regulations, workplace policies, and dispute resolution.
  • Risk management and governance: Understand how legal professionals help businesses manage risk and ensure sound governance structures.
