With 1200+ lawyers, 300+ partners, 28 offices and 17 jurisdictions we are looking to expand our Strategic Digital Ventures team, with the addition of a Legal Automation & Prototyping Specialist.
We are seeking an experienced Legal Automation and Prototyping Specialist who can lead the development of innovative legal technology solutions, enhancing our firm’s capabilities in delivering client-centric products. This role involves managing the end-to-end proof of concept (POC) development journey, collaborating closely with lawyers, clients, and business services to analyse requirements and design approaches that integrate emerging AI capabilities.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement in rapid prototyping methodologies and staying abreast of the latest trends in AI, automation, and low-code/no-code technologies.
Ideally, you will have prior experience in technical prototyping within legal contexts, familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and a strong interest in AI/ML frameworks such as Azure AI Foundry. Exceptional problem-solving skills, stakeholder management abilities, and adaptability to agile environments are essential for this role.
