An opportunity has arisen for a talented Legal Assistant to join our Residential Property team based from our Newbury office.
The role of the Legal Assistant is to provide conveyancing admin support to fee earner colleagues (southern based) to allow them to provide quality legal advice and an exceptional conveyancing and leasehold enfranchisement service to our clients.
You will assist fee-earners with managing their caseloads of purchase, sale, remortgage, leasehold enfranchisement and other associated matters for both freehold and leasehold properties. More specifically, the conveyancing tasks you can expect to support fee earners with include:
