Legal Assistant -Residential Property

Great opportunity to join a well established legal firm based in central Emsworth to provide conveyancing support to the busy Residential Property team.

If you are a highly organised Administrator with a legal background this permanent role could be for you.

Key Duties To Include

1. Prepare and send quotations
2. Open new client files and assist in preparing contract packs
3. Prepare completion statements
4. Dealing with registration at HM Land Registry
5. Keep clients, estate agents, and solicitors updated on transaction progress.
6. Organise incoming mail with client files, liaise with fee earners on action items, and address queries.
