You will provide legal and administrative support to our private client team
Assisting in the management of a caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, trusts, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work
Drafting legal documents such as Lasting Powers of Attorney and correspondence
Liaising with clients in person, by telephone and correspondence, taking enquiries, making appointments
Managing client files and ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
Providing general administrative support to the team

A minimum of six months of experience as a private client paralegal or administrator
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Highly motivated, proactive individual with strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
Proactive and able to use initiative to solve problems
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills and have an excellent telephone manner
Experience of case management systems and digital dictation
A genuine interest in private client law and a desire to develop your skills in this area
